Family Brunch in Arnaoon Village Lebanon

ARNAOON is a 300-plus year old Lebanese village that existed during the Ottoman days and its name stood strong throughout the years keeping its geography rising on a hill-top over the historic Msaylha Fortress along the Batroun Highway, North of Lebanon. The villagers back then decided to defend its glory and refused to give it away to the Ottomans. Team Arnaoon also decided to cherish this heritage by reviving the old houses’ ruins, beautifying the scattered landscapes and educating generations on respecting Mother Nature. From the moment we drove to the top, you could tell it’s going to be different with Fayrouz playing in the background.

Let’s just say one thing that probably will make you moms understand…Kids are perfectly well entertained right in front of your eyes while you are sipping your vino blanco. Enough said? That only means, happy mom and a happy wife to you husbands is a happy life!

Highly recommended for families with children. Children are pulling rope, jumping in a sack race, having a donkey ride or horse carriage promenade and even playing water games that got us even involved! You will definitely see grown ups enjoy the water fights way more than the kids! They also have a dance floor for kids to dance on with music just loud enough and fantastic service!

  • We’ll always find our way back to each other 💫
  • There is a sandstorm in Dubai at the moment, so I decided to look back at my photos from @constancehotels during my trip to Mauritius 🇲🇺Also, a few of you asked me about the weather, and how the forecast shows that it’s always raining in Mauritius... don’t look at that! The forecast was wrong all week! We had sunny days and clear skies up until the day I left ☀️ So my rule of thumb is: Don’t look at the forecast 😊
  • Last year, I did a little sailing through the Balkans from Montenegro - Have you been yet? It’s beautiful!!! ☀️
If you are planning a trip to there this summer, I’ve posted an itinerary list of things to do in Montenegro! Link in bio!
  • Summer is approaching and I can’t wait! Throwback on this Sunday to my last summer in Croatia! Have you planned your summer vacation yet?
  • As we sometimes give all the love we have to others... we sometimes forget to love ourselves more. I’ve been on a little roller coaster ride the past few days... it’s a good reminder on how I need to listen to my body. Each one of us might be fighting a battle that no one probably knows of, or will ever know, so its always important to give people a break from time to time and let them just be. 💫
  • Mauritius and all its beauty 🇲🇺☀️ @constancehotels
  • The hardest kind of resistance is when you’re resisting yourself. When your heart wants something and your brain prevents it. When you feel like sometimes you want to explode but you don’t. Its not always pretty but you keep going because, everything that is meant to be yours, will be yours.

  • 6am wake up call 🇲🇺 @Constancehotels #myconstancemoment
  • Good morning! It’s actually raining today but, here is the beautiful day I checked into @constancehotels Prince Maurice. I tried to aim for a grand entrance here 😊 Have a beautiful day everyone!
  • Sailed across the islands until we reached the Ile aux Phare built in 1864 and had to see how it looked from above!!
  • She never wants to leave she says, and asks me every day how much longer are we staying in Mauritius @shangrilamauritius ☀️
I totally get it - We even had chocolate wrap massages together and she slept through it all! 😂
  • I have to be honest, I haven’t stepped out of the hotel unless it’s to different islands by boat (very unlike me).
I feel like I have everything I need right now exactly where I am. It’s so strange because I still wake up every morning at 5:30!! Mauritius has so much to offer on land but on this specific trip, all I ever plan to do is be back at sea... and that’s ok!!(And eat all the pineapples in the world). This was taken at sunrise as I saw fishermen boats pass the island when everyone was asleep.
