Every month, we have the privilege of testing new & different beauty products & travel accessories!

Our job is super cool!

We also get to pick some favorites and share them with you and most of them are travel packing friendly! Here are this month’s travel essentials, pack these in August, you would probably be using them forever!

  1. Face: Clarins’s quick-fix lifting treatment for puffiness caused by sleep, stress or heat. Within just 10 minutes, sensations of heaviness are reduced, the skin texture is tightened, lines are smoothed away and repositioned. A MUST for when you travel, when you are on the road or whenever you need that little push back up!
  2. Eyes: Mac’s latest collection with China’s most outlandish fashion designer, Chris Chang, puts an acid-soaked twist on her modern M·A·C collection. The dramatic cover speaks for itself and my pick for this month is the Fluidline Blacktrack solid, flat black. I definitely need them for those sleepy or tired eyes when traveling!
  3. Face: Clinique’s did exactly what it said it would. All night long! It was a great fix for those Bali days when I was out in the sun the whole month!
  4. Lips: Nuxe’s Ultra-Nourishing Lip Balm Rêve de Miel is still a favorite of mine. Whatever you do, I guarantee it will stick for the longest time on your lips! Made with honey and precious oils is highly concentrated in ingredients that help to nourish, repair, soothe and protect even the driest and damaged lips.
  5. Scent: Chanel’s is composed by Chanel perfumer Olivier Polge, crisp, dynamic top notes of Lemon, Mandarin and Orange reveal lightheartedness and transparency.
  6. Eyes: Benefit’s brow collections got me hooked. I never used anything on my brows only because I would always mess it up and come out as count Dracula but ‘gimme brow volumizing eyebrow gel gave me the natural, easy look I needed…It’s like magic!
  7. Face: Bronzing powder – Two I really am using. Benefit and Mac. Benefit’s HOOLA is darker and stronger and I use it towards the evenings while Mac’s is a good day time use.
  8. Luggage: Rimowa, my luggage heroes have been with me through delayed flights, sailing trips, hiking trips and even winter destination when I had to pack smart. It has been through most airports around the globe and especially those who get kicked to the curb. My Rimowa is still a surviver.
  9. Face: It is extremely important to get the right products for your face when traveling and not to over pack. Small compact and travel essentials are crucial. This is why, I picked, dermatologist tested blotting paper by Shiseido. Works wonders!
  10. Dress: I received so many questions on my style and my dresses I always wear. Boho dresses have always been my style, my recent ones are from BeachGold Bali. The girls who run the place are so wonderful to me and I have fallen in love with all their collection every season!

Thanks for the tips, it’s always good to find effective products – and particularly to assist in knowing what to pack on travels. It will be good to test these out in upcoming trips. Traveling certainly presents such an amazing opportunity and can really broaden your perspectives on life and strengthen your understanding and appreciation for other cultures. But it can be a lot of organising, so it’s handy to have some tips to make it easier when packing.

  • I’ve let go a long time ago trying to be that perfect someone... this is a shout-out to every single person out there who is going through some things but trying the hardest to stay positive and keep moving forward.

  • From where I drone 🚁 - Beautiful Mauritius 🇲🇺
  • My childhood friend of 30 years took this picture of me last week when we drove to Bekaa Valley in Lebanon. We’ve been friends for so long I can’t remember which one of us is the bad influence 😂. It was so random because she kept on insisting that I don’t turn away from the camera and I couldn’t stop laughing before a bee almost attacked me!! So there you go. Happy Tuesday 🇱🇧♥️
  • Ever been to Croatia? What does this place reminds you of?
  • I had a chance to get away into Bekaa Valley. From the 1st century BC, when the region was part of the Roman Empire, the Beqaa Valley served as a source of grain for the Roman provinces. I took Chloè and stayed in a lovely cozy guest house called @al_haush and explored the fields of crops and vineyards. 🇱🇧 I’m so in love with Lebanon 🇱🇧
  • I found this little lake by mistake on the way to Bekaa Valley. I was surprised given that it was in the middle of nowhere and the water was blue and cold! Where would you suggest I explore more in Lebanon? 🇱🇧 #Q30 #infinitilebanon
  • Some of the greatest sky colors I’ve seen were in Portugal 🇵🇹 Sunset views from @avanilisbonhotel ♥️
Have you been to Lisbon yet?
  • Sunday morning dreaming of being back in Maldives! I’d like to be transported right now!
This would be my super power wish for the day. 😊
What would yours be today?
  • It’s the weekend!!! 🇱🇧🇱🇧 Breakfast table at home in Beit Douma prepared by @kamalmouzawak ♥️
What’s your favorite thing on the table?
  • You know what’s the most beautiful feeling in the world? Knowing that both your presence and absence mean something to someone. ♥️
  • The ancient Phoenician wall in Batroun , Lebanon between (3,300 B.C. to 64 B.C.)
Batroun was once one of the most important Phoenician cities in the region and is one of the oldest cities in the world! It is by far, one of my favorite places in Lebanon 🇱🇧
It was super windy that day but I managed to get few shots on my drone until the battery ran out on me while flying!!! I honestly have no idea how it just landed inside the church walls on its own and not in the water!! 😊
  • Faqra ruins, an archaeological site in Kfardebian, Lebanon, with Roman and Byzantine ruins. It’s one of the most important sites of the UNESCO sites. 🇱🇧 I didn’t know which picture to share so I posted both 😊
