What makes this trip so special

Craving for constant adventure got me this far! Our Travel with TJD mini series to Sweden into the wilderness is an adventure of a lifetime, filled with adventures and a sense of peace, both at the same time. On this trip, we explore the wilderness in Sweden, hunt for northern lights, experience the icebreaker cruise and of course, the iconic ice fishing experience and husky safari where you get to drive your own husky and most of all, taste the culinary cuisine the arctic has to offer! Almost everything throughout our journey will be based on sustainability travel, historical journeys, a true culinary arctic experience and an intense off the beaten path adventure! I will also be sharing a little bit of my story on how I turned my passion into a business and will also be available to help you with any questions you might have prior the trip and during!

This trip is purely experiential and adventure and is open to all those who are ready to drop everything, for a chance to get out there and explore the polar journey!

TESTIMONIALS

“A big thanks to you Michelle for assisting me and taking care of me during and before the trip. From hotel arrangements, to visas, to sailing gear and even the fun activities you have prepared for us. You are very professional and always available for all my questions regarding my trip. I had a lovely time in Norway and I would not have enjoyed this trip without your amazing support. Doing business with you is really hassle free and everything has been so smooth. I will recommend you to all my friends who are planning their vacation trips and I, for sure, will be be back again on your TJD trips”

Nihal, Egypt

“Overall it was an amazing experience! At first I was not sure about the two boats instead of one, but honestly, it really worked out for the best and I genuinely loved the catamaran experience and visiting the island and seeing the stars at sea the most. I could have definitely done it for a few more nights even!! I think, I’m discovering a new passion with the whole sailing, it was really great that I got to learn and assist with some of it, gave me such a buzz! I also loved the reindeer and learning about the Sami culture and the ‘YOIK’ “

Mona, London

“Thank you so much for having me and giving people new realities as you say! Living your dream! You see incredible in others because of who you are yourself, so we are so incredible, changing other people’s world, each one of us in our own special way! Thank you! Love you! “

Martina, Spain

“Lovely Michelle,
Never would I have thought I would go on a group trip. Nor, did I expect that this would be one of the best trips I have done so far. This trip has exceeded my expectations and was beyond unforgettable! Your enthusiasm, positive energy, efforts and care before within and even after the trip, have made a massive impact on everyone and have been an inspiration to me on a personal level. You really put your heart and soul in to what you do and have shown that you CAN make your dreams come true and that makes me chase mine! Also, not to forget the incredible selection of the guests. I made some amazing friends through this amazing little journey and we all shared an unforgettable experience. As you kept saying “It’s an experience” and I would recommend everyone to experience a TJD trip themselves! Keep shining! Much love “

  • Home at Beit Douma, this is how a traditional restored 19th century Lebanese mountain home looks like from the inside. Douma is one of the best-preserved villages in Lebanon, lies at an altitude of over 1000 meters. The name in Phoenician means “calm and rest”, in Greek it means “house”. 🇱🇧 #Home
  • I believe in giving people time...Time to process the good and the bad because there is something so beautiful about unforced bonds.
I’m a forever kind of person. I don’t have room for temporary. I believe in big love, of growing old with your friends and soulmates. I believe in being there for people through thick and thin. I believe in not giving up when things get tough. I believe in relationships that can make it through everything... 💫
  • Will probably delete this later but just couldn’t NOT post this video! I’ve always dreamed raising a golden retriever since I was a little girl, and in February, it became a reality. This was Charlie at 3 months and slide over the photo number 2, today at 8 months. 2 more weeks and I’ll be back with him!!! Share your advices on raising a Golden ❤️ I would love to hear your experiences.
  • I read once that some people have the ability to magnetize the people they need to help push them even further into greatness. Some take them for granted, some don't see it because they are too blind. But for those who can see it, be grateful for it, because even if you think you don't need them, one day you might understand the chemistry 💕
  • Bird’s eye view from @joalimaldives
I can never get bored of this view! 😍
  • In reality, if you really think about it, to miss someone is sort of missing a part of yourself. You miss the way you felt alive on adventures and sharing ideas... Because the right people make you want to throw away the plans you originally had, for a new one without having to say ‘hmm’ and it’s no longer forcing things... it’s been a while since I looked back at some memories in S.E Asia, It taught me so much, but also, it’s a chapter of my life that I feel I’ve closed a long time ago.
  • Passion and inspiration are so very powerful and can easily be intimidating and out of reach sometimes.
I haven’t been able to pick up my camera yet... Which is odd because, my camera is my source of ‘connection’ to almost everything.
Sometimes you’re just not ready... And I’m not going to push myself. I’ll try again tomorrow 😊
  • Once upon a time in Kenya 🇰🇪- I’m trying really hard remembering their names, but all that comes to mind is Sophie, I’m sure one of them is called Sophie... Not sure why? Don’t you think? 😊
Have an incredible weekend everyone 💕
  • Sunrise in Madeira Island.
It’s been a while since I felt inspired to pick up my camera and go. Maybe it’s the fact that, despite my love for the long summers and flip flops, I’m ready for the unknown, the Scandinavian winters, the daring adventures & new beginnings.
I’m ready for the sleepless nights under the northern lights and the exceptional early pink sunrises. Someone special told me to learn to be where my feet is... to be present where I am at the moment... Possibly the best advice I’ve heard in a long time, but, this caption refutes it. 😊 I’ll try again tomorrow 💕
  • Not long before the grand re-opening of @gili.lankanfushi in Maldives. The island is close to my heart and we cannot wait to celebrate the opening on the 1st of December 🏖
  • At an altitude of 1800 meters... Ixsir winery in Lebanon is one of the popular winery in the country. Their Winery was named by CNN as one of the greenest building in the world, and lately won the international A+ Award. 🇱🇧
  • Looking back at some photos this morning. This was taken 3 years ago in Seychelles at @fsseychelles - Definitely one of the best views I’ve seen during my travels.
