Your Seasonal Guide to ViennaLike0

Austria.

It’s not the first time we meet.

It’s the 4th time and there is a reason we keep going back. Not just for the stories, but for the love of the best city in the world to live in, the nature and most importantly, the food. Besides the extra pounds (or kilos) you are guaranteed to add on, the city has got so much to offer. There is no where we would start our story in Vienna other than with The Ritz-Carlton Vienna and rumors are true, if we were to give a best hotel category in Vienna for making us feel at home, at peace and in love, it’s with the team at The Ritz-Carlton Vienna.

You can read more on last article “What denotes Luxury’ on The Ritz-Carlton Vienna here.

There are plenty of guides out there in and out of Vienna, but here is a seasonal guide and you can pick and choose which season suits you best and then book your plane ticket to Vienna. We flew in with flydubai from Dubai to Bratislava, easy 6 hour flight. (They do have a connection to Vienna airport) but we chose to drive solo directly to The Ritz-Carlton by taxi, (65 euros one way) and in 45 minutes reached the hotel for our 4th visit.

Business Class Ticket starting from AED 2,017 one way from Dubai.

Hotel: Sleep In

The Ritz-Carlton in Vienna. One of the most (if not) the best hotels in the world we have come across in terms of location, service, food, history and luxury and never fails to impress us. The team makes up 89% of the experience, then the food and if you are a meat lover then DISTRIKT, the popular steak house is right inside the hotel. First one to breakfast at 7:30am at the club lounge was a ritual for the 5 days and the kitchen catered to my gluten and dairy allergies easily. Our room became our home, the team became our family and there wasn’t anything  they could not assist us with.

Vienna is a special city for my husband and Myself. It was our first choice of destinations to spend our honeymoon. We went there in automne 2006 and I just loved everything about it.
Will definitely go back just for one bite of their exquisite Sachertorte !

  • I miss you with all my heart and soul...
  • A year ago I was having breakfast with those beautiful giants. An unforgettable experience. Thank you all for your beautiful comments on my previous post 💕
  • I struggled to choose a caption for this image because they say that you are what you share on social media, and so, I wanted to make it count.
Being a 'blogger' or a 'traveler' has changed significantly over the past few years. You can’t go on Instagram without stumbling upon hundreds of carefully selected, beautifully crafted images.
The truth is, today, things are not the same as they used to be. Travel has changed and grown. The internet has given us a chance to see the world through people's eyes and to dream of places many of us never even knew existed.
But social media has also changed travel and the nature of blogging. Sharing my travel online has today somewhat been a constant pressure and the staging of every single photo has become the business of every instagrammer.
I have felt the pressure of keeping up and carefully selecting what I chose to share.
I've even promised myself that I would be a leader, not a follower, and stay far away from online traveling trends that would warp my ability to offer my readers the very best & honest tips and insider reports.
The key...is confidence... I had the chance to make every possible mistake and figure out a way to always recover from it. Once you realize that there is life after a mistake, you gain your confidence and that, never goes away,
It goes straight to the heart and once you have that, no one and nothing can take that away from you . . I hope I’ll always have the courage to live a life that’s true to who I am and not the life that others expect of me... 💕[Click link in bio to read the full article] 💕.
